It is dangerous, especially when you are alone." He said, she was either lucky or didn't spend enough time in this terrible place to see how dangerous it is. "Um.so, I really must go back to the prime kindergarten. She rubbed her head, glancing at the pearl. "I'm hoping that if I can find a way back home, there will be something that can fix h-" Red felt that sharp pain in her head again and she silently cursed that rock. She had never mentioned this to anyone else before, so saying it out loud was new. I, um, have the pieces.so I need help fixing it." Red wondered how she came across to the pearl. "My goal.is to fix something that should have never been broken. Someone new coming in was unexpected, really. This was so important to her, and it's only been her searching this whole time. I've found nothing but disappointing dead ends, so surely I must be." Red knew this most likely made no sense to the other pearl, but she didn't know if she wanted him to understand. I thought.that I was overlooking something. "W-Well.I had meant to find a nice hole to go into so I could think. "What is your goal? What were you looking for in the prime kindergarten?" "You're.not a ruby guard though." Red commented, staring at the pearl, completely confused. "I am here to make sure you will be safe." Red noticed he didn't exactly give her an answer to her question.unless making sure she was safe was an order from his owner? But pearls weren't really made for fighting, and it wasn't like she was a sapphire or anything. Although, her clumsiness that has cursed her since she was brought into existence often messed with her on more than a couple occasions, and Red never enjoyed it. During her too long of a stay on Earth, she had ran and hid from many things, so she figured by now she had at least improved a little on both of those things. She never let herself be seen if she could help it, usually securing a hiding place if she could find a good one. "Yes, the prime kindergarten." Red was aware that going there was dangerous, but usually she could avoid the corrupted gems when she came across any. Other than that, she was almost always in Sapphire's presence, walking a bit behind her since she couldn't walk next to her. The only times she could recall being away from Sapphire was when Red was supposed to stand outside as Sapphire tended to any duties she had. "Would something like that be okay with.your owner?" Red didn't remember leaving her Sapphire's side all that often. She looked around, as if expecting his owner to come walking in at any moment. Red gave the pearl a look of confusion when she heard that part about a guide. Everywhere else had been a dead end, offering nothing that could get her back to Homeworld or give her back her Sapphire. The kindergarten had been the one place she hadn't thoroughly checked, often using it more as a resting place whenever she dropped by. "I.must go back to the kindergarten." Red said that last part so quietly, she wondered if this pearl even heard it. She fidgeted with her hands, before giving a small sigh. Red opened her mouth before closing it, her eyes moving to look elsewhere. She had never told anyone about anything she had been doing, mostly because she had no one to tell.
She didn't know if she should say where it was she had to go. "I." She stared down at the floor, weighing her options for a moment. She just.felt as if she had to keep her guard up a little. She still wasn't 100% certain about how she felt towards this gem, even if he was another pearl. She noticed how he raised his arm towards her and she took a small, uncertain step backwards.
